aturday, the 13.10.2018 was a special day for our employees. Kuźnia Ostrów Wielkopolski organized the first edition of event called “Blacksmith’s day”,
that took place in the resort complex Piaski-Szczygliczka.
During the event employees had an occasion to participate in many games and team activities, such as: darts, table soccer, hammer hit contest and many more. After that part, in the evening our employees were invited to join the dancing party.
The party was organized in a very entertaining and merry atmosphere. Participants of the event had a good time making use of a great weather. We are hoping that this event entered Kuźnia’s calendar for good and we’re looking forward for the 2nd edition.

Plant formely known as “Polskie Fabryki Maszyn i Wagonowa L. Zieleniewski S.A” was founded in 1920 on the southern outskirts of town Ostrów Wielkopolski. Mostly engineering plant was producing and assembling of components for automobiles and railways.
The forge was put into operation during the 60´s.
After privatization in 1999, the plant was renamed as “Fabryka Wagon”.
The forge is known as “Kuźnia Ostrow Wielkopolski” since 2006, production focuses components for railroad, machining and mining industries.
